Symptom
You have successfully configured the integration between SAP S/4HANA and Sales Cloud Version 2 using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The Sales Organization replication is triggered through the DRFOUT transaction code in S/4HANA, and the outbound messages are processed successfully through SAP CPI before reaching Sales Cloud.
However, upon arrival in Sales Cloud, all messages display the "Pending Retry" status, indicating that they have not been fully processed.
Observed Behavior:

Despite messages reaching Sales Cloud, they remain in a "Pending Retry" state.

The option to manually trigger a retry in the Message Monitor screen is unavailable, preventing further troubleshooting from the application UI.

Reproducing the Issue
- Replicate the Sales Org to Sales Cloud Version 2 from S4Hana (e.g. DRFOUT tcode);
- Logged on Sales Cloud 2 system, Go to Settings
- Go to Message Monitoring
- Search or filter out the results for the Sales Organization S4 Replication Message Entity
- The status is displayed as Pending Retry, and it does not get changed over time.
Cause
This is expected because the Pending Retry status lacks a retry mechanism.
Resolution
Please ensure that the data loading process strictly follows the defined sequence and respects all dependencies.
