Offer Approval data is still available, via Reporting for example, for Job Applications already anonymized.

If the anonymize field-attribute is not set as "true" in the Offer Detail template, the information will not be anonymized and it will remain available in Reporting tools.

If the field anonymization parameter is not active, you can correct this parameter and run the application purge process again for the specific application to purge the information.

For example:

1. Anonymize a candidate and application associated with an offer.
2. Identify at least one field within the offer template with the setting anonymize=false.
3. Change this field's setting to anonymize=true.
4. Run the "Selected Job Application" purge process again.

The Selected Job Application purge process is described in KBA 0003189664.

Once the purge is completed and the RCM Entity Anonymization job is executed, the information will no longer be available in the reports.
