3606210 - CCAP_ECN_MAINTAIN not updating release key for leading change number

Symptom

Error occurs when maintain release key using CCAP function modules or T-code: CC02 for leading change master(AENR-AEFUN=03).

Error CC569 "Processing of change number & was canceled" triggered in function module CCAP_ECN_MAINTAIN.
For same change number, Error CC360 "No changes exist with reference to change packages" will be displayed in T-code: CC02.
