When updates are made to the records in Job Information, which time zone is used in the "last modified on" field in Job Information UI?

The login user's timezone value which is set in EP is respected when checking the history of hris elements.

For example, after changing the login user: sfadmin's timezone from US/Eastern to European/Berlin, the timestamp changes from 6:11:33 AM EST to 12:11:33 PM CET.

The timezone change will take effect after re-login instance.
