Symptom

  • An issue arises in SAP S/4HANA when attempting to review and approve manual accrual objects in the Accrual Engine.
  • This issue blocks changes to the review and approval status in the transactions FACRARVWCO - Review Periodic Accruals – Controllers and FACRAAPPRVGL - Approve Periodic Accruals – G/L Accountants.
  • The system displays the error messages "You can't change the review status" and "You can't change the approval status" with Message No. FACRA031.
