3606336 - Error when downloading ​a large number of files from SAP SFTP server

• An error occurs when attempting to download a large number of files from the SAP SFTP server.
• The session times out before all files can be downloaded.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to the SAP SFTP server.
2. Navigate to the any folder with a large number of files.
3. Select all files within the folder.
4. Attempt to download all selected files.
5. The system may return an ICAP error if the request exceeds the 10-minute processing limit.

The issue is caused by the large size and quantity of the files being downloaded. The maximum connection time is reached before the browser can complete the download of all files.

1. Download the files in batches, preferably no more than 30 files per batch.
2. Alternatively, use the WinSCP tool to download the files.
