3606435 - Error "404 Not Found: Requested route does not exist" When Submitting Invoices to SAP DRC Cloud Edition (Malaysia)

Symptom

When attempting to submit invoices to SAP Document and Reporting Compliance, Cloud Edition for Malaysia, the following error occurs: 404 Not Found: Requested route ('drc-#####') does not exist

  • The invoice submission from EDOC_COCKPIT fails to reach the DRC Cloud backend.
  • No entries appear in the Resolve Errors app, indicating that the call to DRC was never established.
