3606550 - Large memory consumption, dump TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED regarding TMSADM

The following type of dump occur in ST22 for TMSADM and type of error in TMS Alerts:

Information on where terminated
    The termination occurred in ABAP program or include "SAPLTMSC", in
     "TMS_CI_START_SERVICE". The
    main program was "SAPMSSY1".

    In the source code, the termination point is in line 1 of  program or
    include "LTMSCU11".
