3606676 - "Unable to remove card" message when approving or declining training requests from Requests for Me

Symptom

  • When attempting to approve or decline an approval request for a class without a waitlist that is fully booked, the message "Unable to remove card" is displayed.
  • This issue occurs in the "Requests for Me" section of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning homepage.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SAP SuccessFactors Learning as a manager >
  2. Navigate to the "Requests for Me" section >
  3. Find an approval request for a class without a waitlist that is fully booked >
  4. Click on either the approve or reject button >
  5. Observe the message "Unable to remove card".

Resolution

  • Our Engineering team have finalizd the fix for this scenario, which will be delivered with the a patch, following the next schedule:
    • Preview environments: June 17th
