When I access the Spot Buy Admin page, and navigate to the Restrictions setup to configure the Categories Restrictions, and try to export the Default Commodity Restrictions via Manage Commodity Restrictions by Spreadsheet, I can see some commodities missing when comparing with the categories appearing in the UI.
