Symptom

Recently upgraded to API V2.0 notes and While submitting eDocuments to Israel Tax Authority (ITA) , system throws following error 
"HTTP operation failed invoking https://ita-api.taxes.gov.il/shaam/tsandbox/longtimetoken/oauth2/token with statusCode: 400 "
