When creating a queue in Procurement Operations Desk (POD), adding multiple rules for Spend value/Price attribute always get linked by the logical operator AND/&&.
If you try creating queue by importing the excel file and passing the logical operator OR/|| for multiple rules of Price attribute, the upload status will show the below error:
