Symptom

My scheduled SFTP report is failing consistently with the following error message:

  • Technical issue pushing REPORT (Attempt 5 of 5)  
    Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: SshClientV2: Exception: Cannot find message [/path/to/folder]  
    ...
    Caused by: 2: Cannot find message [/path/to/folder]  
    at com.jcraft.jsch.ChannelSftp.cd(ChannelSftp.java:342)
