3606836 - SOW XML shows incorrect Cost Center

When reviewing the outbound XML generated for a Statement of Work (SOW), the Cost Center (WBSElement or similar accounting value) shown in the <SplitAccounting> section of the XML does not match the Cost Center assigned at the SOW header level.

For example, in Fieldglass:

SOW Header Cost Center: XXX123

XML Output shows:
