3606839 - Can't edit custom fields from Profitability Segment in app Manage Journal Entries

The document is generated from the app Upload Customer Open Items, which does not support custom fields for the profitability segment.  

After creating the document, the custom fields from the Profitability Segment in App Manage Journal Entries are not editable.  

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Upload the template in app Upload Customer Open Items.
2. Edit the document in app Manage Journal Entries.
3. Click on Profitability Segment.
4. Can't edit the custom fields.

The fields in the profitability segment can be edited in two ways:  

1. Manually fill the fields before posting the document.
2. Use the app Run Realignment - Profitability Analysis to update the required fields. For more details, see Run Realignment - Profitability Analysis | SAP Help Portal.

As the app Upload Customer Open Items does not support custom fields for the profitability segment, choose the second option, which is using the app "Run Realignment - Profitability Analysis" to update the required fields.
