Symptom

In ERP-TM side-by-side integration, when ERP orders or deliveries are received in TM, no OTR or DTR is created.

Upon checking the enterprise service IntracompanyTransportationRequestRequest_In, it's found that it fails due to error 'Sender business system & unknown' (/SCMTMS/TRQ 100).
