Duplicate National ID Card Values Displayed in Manage Pending Hires > Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Manage Pending Hire > Recruiting/Onboarding 1.0.
- Select the candidate.
- Notice that the National ID cards have been duplicated.
Resolution
- The fix for the issue is planned to be patched via 2505p6 (PTCH-46941) which is scheduled for 27th May 2025 in Preview and 30th May 2025 in Production environments.
Workaround
Remove the duplicate National ID and proceed with hiring the employee.
