3606903 - It is not possible to cancel a subscription contract with the past date which is beyond the active timeslice

Symptom

When the user cancel a subscription contract, the activation date and request cancellation date are filled with past date which are beyond the active timeslice, the restriction error will be raised, e.g. CRM_PROVIDER 113, CRM_CANEL 422, CRM_APPOINTMENT 072.
