Symptom

How to make a story report to get all EP standard fields including custom fields.

Environment

 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to story report-> user schema, note that not all standard fields are in Basic User Information

Resolution

  1. Starting from User schema
  2. Draw the "Basic User Information" to left
  3. Click "+" to show related tables
  4. Scroll down to expand "User" table
  5. Then scroll down, "User Custom Fields" could be found by clicking Select Column. And in "Extra User Information", you can find fields not included in "Basic User Information".
