Configuration of "Data Storage for Planning" functionality is not available in SAC.

SAP ANALYTICS CLOUD

1. Login to SAC
2. From the side navigation, go to System > Administration.
3. Choose 'Tenant Links' tab.

Notice that "Data storage for planning" section is not available in SAC.

SAC tenant is not hosted on HANA Cloud Environment.

To check if your tenant is currently on Hana Cloud go to System -> About. 

1. If the last line references "Hana Cloud Version" then your tenant is on Hana Cloud. 
2. If the last line references "EPM Library Version", then you are not on Hana Cloud.
