Symptom

  • Sales Data Import settings are inactive on the Sales Data Import tab in the Loyalty add-on.
  • Cannot select the source of Sales Data as the fields are greyed out.
  • Neither the 'Start Date of Purchase Import' nor 'Start Time of Sales Import' can be adjusted.
