Symptom
Task created in C4C do not sync to Outlook calendar.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to C4C create a task
- The task do not get synchronized to Outlook calendar.
Note: The task created in Outlook can be synchronized to C4C calendar, but this is due to settings in C4C application.
Resolution
It is an expected behavior the task will not be seen in Outlook calendar and will be available in To-do section of Outlook.
