3607235 - Selection of Account Determination Groups by Company in New Supplier Invoice

• The Account Determination Groups displayed in the Supplier Invoices are not filtered based on the company ABC (where ABC is the company ID), resulting in the display of groups irrelevant to the selected company ABC.
• This leads to a huge amount of Account Determination Groups displayed in the GL Account selection. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Supplier Invoicing Work Center.
2. Select Common Tasks - New Invoice without Purchase Order.
3. Under Items, press Add Row.
4. Select a Company ABC and a Supplier DEF (where DEF means the Supplier ID).
5. Then select a Product ID XXX (where XXX is the Product ID).
6. When you open the GL Account value help, all Account Determination Groups are displayed, irrespective of the selected company ABC. This is not as expected. Expected would be that only Account Determination Groups from company ABC are displayed.

The system does not currently support the company-specific selection of GL accounts or Account Determination Groups in a new Supplier Invoice. All GL Accounts and Account Determination Groups are displayed in the GL Account selection tab, regardless of the selected Company. Acknowledge that this feature is currently not available in SAP Business ByDesign.
