• This issue occurs even after creating a customer project, adding costs to the project, and creating billing requests.
• The billing requests with items from the project are not included in the billing document/invoice creation.

The issue arises due to the absence of a "To Bill" amount in the Project Billing Request. This absence prevents the Schedule Project Billing Preparation job from considering the postings.

1. Ensure that the Project Billing Request includes a "To Bill" amount.
2. This amount should be similar to the one in the Manage Project Billing application.
3. After making these changes, execute the Schedule Project Billing Preparation job again.
