Symptom

Trouble accessing a newly provisioned SAP CX AI Toolkit tenant may occur due to the following reasons:

  • The credentials (e-mail and password) are unknown because IT contact of the provisioned tenat left the company or was not the right person
  • The onboarding email is lost or primary contact is not able to access the email
  • The SAP CX AI Toolkit tenant needs to be re-assigned to another IAS/ Cloud Identity tenant
