3607415 - Message "You are not authorized to create this competitor" When Creating Competitor

You are trying to create a competitor and you are facing the message "You are not authorized to create this competitor"; you wonder why since your access restrictions seem to allow this.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Login with user ABC (where ABC is a business user in the system with a business role DEF assigned)
2. Go to the Competitors work center.
3. Select the Competitors work center view.
4. Click in the + icon.
5. Fill in the required fields.
6. Save and open.
7. Message appears.

The business role DEF has, for COD_COMPETITOR_WCV work center view, Restriction Rule as '1 - Sales Organization of Employee'. In step 4 you do not see the field 'sales organization' as visible to fill in information. 

Either you change the restriction rule 1 to another one OR you enable via adaptation mode the field 'sales organization' in quick create view of competitors.
