Symptom

  • User ID status changes to Inactive in SuccessFactors EC system, but the User ID remains in the GRACUSER/GRACUSERCONN table in the GRC system.
  • User details (First/Last Name, Email) for these Inactive Users are still fetched from the SuccessFactors EC system in the GRC Access Request page.
