Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP Cloud for Customer, Server-Side Integration for Microsoft Outlook
- Chrome Browser
Resolution
- Access the web Outlook at https://outlook.office.com/mail
- Launch the developer tools and navigate to the Network tab.
- Open an email and launch the Add-in.
- Clear the log again to make sure there is no traces, and then reproduce the issue. After that, export and attach the HAR file to the support case.
*Note: please do not perform any other actions when you are reproducing the issue, in case capturing needless logs.
