3607834 - Thumbnail column is not visible on Mobile

Symptom

The column thumbnail in related attachments is not visible in the mobile app

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open the mobile app and login
2. Navigate to the Surveys section and select Related Attachments.
3. Notice that the Thumbnail column is not visible.

Cause

Thumbnails for related attachments in C4C mobile applications is missing due to a limitation in the SAP's RUI. Specifically, RUI (the UI framework) does not currently support icons or images in table column header fields, which is where thumbnails are typically displayed. This issue is a known limitation and not a user error.

Resolution

This is a current limitation for Mobile. We do not support icons/images in the table column header fields.
