3607930 - SAP Icons font output different in the Icon Explorer, versus in a Story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• SAP Icons font different.
• SAP Icons font shown in the Icon Explorer, does not match what it displays in a Story in SAP Analytics Cloud. 

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.1.14          

1. Copy an icon symbol from the Icon Explorer
   1. Go to the Icon Explorer
   2. As an example, in Search, type: home
   3. For the option, "Copy Mode," select: Symbol
   4. For the home icon, click on the copy symbol.
        
2. In SAP Analytics Cloud, on a Story, in a Button, or Text widget, copy the symbol.
     
3. In the right pane, under the tab "Styling", select the Font: SAP-icons.
      
4. Notice the icon displayed in the SAP Analytics Cloud Story is different than what is displayed in the Icon Explorer.
   
   

• The SAP Icons Font used in SAP Analytics Cloud is on the Quarts version, where the one in the Icon Explorer is using the latest SAP Icons Font called: Horizon.
• This is why the icon is different when viewing the SAP Icons font in the Icon Explorer, versus when viewing it in a Story in SAP Analytics Cloud.

• SAP Icons font used in SAP Analytics Cloud is currently using the Quarts version.
