3608018 - DRC Peru Statutory Reporting - Blank Exchange Rate Field for Local Exchange Rate at Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger

Symptom

When running the DRC Peru Sales Ledger (PE_SALES_LEDGER) or Purchase Ledger (PE_PURCHASE_LEDGER) report, you observe that the exchange rate field is blank. This occurs for documents where the currency is the local currency (PEN). You might expect the system to display an exchange rate of "1.00" in these cases.
