3608063 - How to Correct The Incorrectly Displayed Workflows In To Do Section Of Home Page?

How to correct To Dos with the below scenarios:

• Workflow is pending to be approved, the current approver has no To Do (or user has To Do but he/she is not the approver)
• Workflow is completed/rejected/cancelled, but it is still showing in To Do
• Workflow is sent back, but the initiator has no To Do.
