3608151 - User only has permission to a concurrent assignment's background element, yet the same element is visible in primary assignment

A user does not have the necessary permissions to view a background element in another user's  primary assignment, but the background element is still visible in the primary assignment.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Proxy as a user who only has permissions to the background element of another user's concurrent assignment
2. View another user's main assignment profile and the same background element is visible there

The issue is caused by the activation of the "Enable Person-Based Background Information Blocks" option in Company System and Logo Settings

1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings
2. Deselect Enable Person-Based Background Information Blocks
3. Save the changes and verify that the issue is resolved
