3608221 - Quality Management Integration with Third-Party-WMS Not Supported in Public Cloud

• An error message "Change the inspection stock of material ABC in QM only" with Message number QA495 is encountered when attempting to move stock from unrestricted use to quality stock in plant, storage location and warehouse via the app Transfer stock in plant.
• The material seems correctly set up and inspection is active for the movement type.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the app Transfer Stock in Plant and select material and plant.
2. Select batch.
3. Select the bucket unrestricted-use stock in storage location and then click on the bucket for quality stock.
4. In the pop-up, select the quantity to be transferred from unrestricted-use to quality stock and Post.
5. The error message is displayed.

In public cloud it is not possible to integrate Quality management with third party WMS.

Post the quantity back to quality stock using the Fiori application "Transfer Stock- In-Plant" (Fiori-ID F1061) or using any other application that allows goods movements of movement type 322.
Prerequisite for the process is the activation of an inspection type of inspection origin "Stock transfer" (08) in the quality view of the material master and that the stock posting was made to free or blocked stock.
