The 'Purge Optional Overdue Course Feedback Surveys' APM is not removing the optional overdue surveys from the user's learning plan.

2. Navigate to System Administration >
3. Automatic Processes >
4. Purge Optional Overdue Course Feedback Surveys >
5. Confirm that the APM is scheduled and executing without errors >
6. Access Learning as the affected user >
7. Notice that the optional survey is still available on the Requests for Me section.

The affected surveys were started by the user but not completed. This is indicated by the 'Continue' option on the survey card on the user's homepage.

When the APM runs, it removes overdue surveys that are optional and have not been started. Therefore, if a survey is required or if a learner has started it, the system assumes the user intends to complete it but was interrupted, so the process does not remove it.

Based on this, these surveys will need to be removed manually.
