3608360 - Error Message "Business Partner with GUID found but this Business Partner is not a Business User" during change of Worker data

When editing worker in Manage Workforce or any other entry source, the following error raised:

"Business Partner with GUID found but this Business Partner is not a Business User"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The root cause can be due to the following reasons:

• Business Partner exists in BUT000 table but the corresponding ADRP Persons (Business Address Services) missing.
  • Correction report needed. Please raise a ticket to component "BC-SRV-ADR".
