3608472 - ARBCIG IDoc at PO change (deletion of item) fails with error "No IDoc items belonging to purchasing document found"

You have a purchase order which you would send to Ariba via IDoc (ARBCIG Addon) the first output well sent to Ariba about the whole PO after that, you do an item deletion on the PO at SAP Backend side the user changes the "change" Ariba related Idoc's dispatch time from 4 to 3 but then the "change" output's processing fails with error message: "No items exists" (ME 740) or with "No IDoc items belonging to purchasing document found" (ME 760)
