3608510 - PaymentExportRequest Interface does not include Tax Data for Header Credit Memos in my SAP Variant site.

Symptom

When processing Header Credit Memos through the PaymentExportRequest interface in SAP variant sites, the tax information is not included in the exported payment data. This results in:

  • Incomplete payment export records missing tax amounts.
  • Discrepancies between credit memo totals and exported payment data.
  • Potential reconciliation issues in downstream financial systems.
  • Tax amounts not reflected in payment processing or reporting.
  • Custom tax-related fields not appearing in OK2PayExport web channel API responses.
