3608521 - CPM Performance and Feedback not visible in Home Navigation menu after 1H 2025 Release in Production

• Continuous Performance Management (CPM) Performance and CPM Feedback options are not visible from the Home Navigation menu after Redesigned Continuous Performance Role-Based Permissions (RBPs) in 1H 2025 Release in Production.
• When attempting to access via main search, an error message appears indicating insufficient permissions.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

1. Proxy as a user
2. Go to the Home navigation menu
3. Select the drop down and check that CPM and Continuous Feedback options are not available
4. Try to search "Continuous Performance management" from the main Search bar and notice the error below:
   
   

After the Redesigned Continuous Performance Management Role-Based Permissions in 1h 2025 Release in production, the CPM Module is not available until a RBP Refresh has been done on the instance.

The RBP (Role-Based Permissions) refresh occurs automatically once every 24 hours by default in the instance. Until the refresh is completed, you may not be able to view the CPM (Continuous Performance Management) module following the 1H 2025 Release.

If necessary, an immediate RBP refresh can be triggered by a Role-Based Permissions administrator: as a Role-Based Permissions administrator, you can now refresh RBP model in Admin Center. A new job type, Refresh RBP Model, is available in Manage Scheduled Jobs per the guide New Refresh RBP Model Job Type | SAP Help Portal.

An immediate RBP refresh can be triggered via Provisioning as well, by your Implementation Partner or through assistance from Product Support.
