3608565 - Service Performer in the Service Confirmation is Not Editable

The service performer in the service confirmation is grayed out.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Field Service and Repair work center.
2. Go to the Service Confirmations view.
3. Open the confirmation ABC, the service performer fields is grayed out, not able to change it. (ABC represents the ID of the service perfomer)

Service performer field is not editable because of the relevant Business Configuration setting.

1. Go to the Business Configuration->Overview view. 
2. Search with 'Involved Parties for Service Confirmations' and open it.
3. The column 'Forbid Manual Changes' is having the check box selected for Service Performer. 

It is the correct system behavior as per the setting.

If this check box is unchecked, then service performer field will be editable in service confirmation.
