3608577 - TR with cancelled TO remaining open after technically completing production order

Symptom

  • This issue arises when Warehouse Management (WM) staging is performed, creating Transfer Requirements (TRs) and Transfer Orders (TOs).
  • The TOs for corresponding TRs have been cancelled with transaction code LT15, but the corresponding TRs remain open in transaction LB10.
  • A production order is technically completed and marked for deletion, but the associated transfer requirement remains open.
  • The V_TCO43-FLG_WM_REL indicator has the setting 'X' or '1'.
