Workaround to be able to apply different styles to the tokens:

  • Workaround #1: Select the styles from the rich text editor and then insert the token. When in the rich text editor, select all the style options needed, e.g., bold, italics, font size, etc., then add the token from the token list. The style selected will apply on the token.
  • Workaround #2: Add dummy text around the token or add the token in a text paragraph and then apply the style options. The style options will apply to the token as long as it is surrounded by text.
  • Workaround #3: Go to source code and add the inline style options as html code. Please note that <style></style> tags are not supported. Please use inline styles.

Important Notes: The formatting of existing templates will not be changed or be affected by this issue.
