3608659 - Specific classic stories would be always in a loading status in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Open classic stories, observe that variable panel would not appear and these classic stories would be always in a loading status

• Dashboard in the APM tool keeps stuck in loading mode. This error is noticed in the console:
  TypeError: Cannot read properties of null reading getSupportedComparisonOperators

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.8.5

1. Log onto SAC
2. Access specific classic stories based on live data connection to HANA Cloud
   => Observe that this story would be always in a loading status and variable panel would not pop up

This issue is caused by the metadata mismatch between story and live model. The model metadata may have been changed. However, the metadata snapshot from the story's side has become outdated for some reason.

Go to the SAC modeler, load the model that is used by the story, and just click the "Save" button without doing anything else.  This should fetch the latest metadata info from HANA database and associate that to the SAC model.
