3608680 - 1H2025 Integration Center - Failed to publish email event, check the JMS/ESB event server. 

Symptom

The client is seeing the following error in their integration center jobs post release - Failed due to - com.successfactors.platform.bean.MailSendException: Failed to publish email event, check the JMS/ESB event server. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
    • Integration Center

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run integration Center job post release
  2. Error occurs- Failed to publish email event, check the JMS/ESB event server. 

Cause

Changes from release did not propagate correctly throughout the system.

Resolution

Run a metadata refresh in the system to resolve error.
