3608716 - Cannot change the field mapping in Field Mapping tool for integration with Employee Central - Onboarding 1.0

The EC mapping fields are greyed out and cannot be changed in Field Mapping tool for integration with Employee Central.

1. Go to Field Mapping tool for integration with Employee Central;
2. View one field mapping, the EC mapping field column is greyed out and cannot be changed.

The fields for EC mapping are currently not enabled in the Manage Business Configuration.

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration, enable the corresponding EC mapping field.
2. Refresh Odata, then the mapping could be changed.
