3608721 - The limits of the Export feature in the Manage Payment Plans App

Symptom

In the "Manage Payment Plans" app, when the displayed columns include the 'Company Code(Name)' column, the 'Export As' function does not respond.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open "Manage Payment Plans" app.
  2. Click 'Go' and display the report included the 'Company Code(Name)' column.
  3. Click the 'Export As...' button.
  4. Select the format as *.pdf.
  5. Click the 'Export' button but nothing occurs.

Cause

 The issue is due to the cardinality of the 'Company Code(Name)' column. The export feature necessitates a 1:1 reference.
 If it is a 1:n relationship, the associated property includes an array of entries, which is not supported. 

Resolution

When using the Export feature, do not display the 'Company Code(Name)' column.
