3608869 - Why were were teams created by the system after QRC2 2025 starting with 'RateRole' in SAP Analytics Cloud

• It has been noticed that after QRC2 2025, that new teams had been created and users had been added by SYSTEM user.
• These groups had been created and the affected users were assigned automatically after QRC2 2025.
• In addition user(ACN-API Access User) that is not visible in the user list has been added to team RateRole_Admin.
• There is a concern about the creation of the teams and how existing users had been assigned to them. 

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)
• SAP Analytics Cloud (Embedded)

• Review the available list of teams and see assigned users.

The new RateRoles in Security > Teams have been created as part of the migration process of Currency Rate Tables to the File Repository.

Users are automatically included within these roles, according to their existing roles assigned on their tenant. 
For example, a user with BI_Admin will be assigned to a as RateRole_BI_Admin to a Predictive_Admin to a RateRole_Predictive_Admin a BI_Content_Creator role to a RateRole_BI_Content_Creator team.
