3608912 - 'Batch' field is not included in the final output of a Credit Memo Request

A credit memo request was created and also an output item for it, using the standard template SD_SLS_CREDIT_MEMO_REQUEST (or a custom template created from it). The field batch is correctly maintained in the credit memo request and in all preceding documents as well. 

The batch field is included on the document when the output item is in status 'In Preparation' or 'To Be Output', however the field disappears when the output item goes to status 'Completed'.

This is a known issue.

A fix to this issue will be delivered on CE 2508.

In the meantime, there's a workaround available: create a custom field to maintain the batch value and add this new field to the form template. Check more information here: How to Extend a Custom Form Template with Custom Fields | SAP Help Portal
