Symptom

  • An error message "Currently Benefits Management is not supported by this mobile application" is received on Android devices when accessing a custom MDF with a URL from the mobile application.
  • The issue does not occur on iOS devices.
  • The URL previously loaded successfully on both Android and iOS devices.
