3609338 - Pay Component Order Not Maintained from Recruiting – Onboarding

Symptom

Pay components are sent from Recruiting in a specific sequence, but in New Hire Data Review, the order appears jumbled or does not match the sequence from Recruiting.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure and fill in pay component details in Recruiting.
  2. Map the fields in the Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping page.
  3. Enter the pay components in a specific sequence in Recruiting.
  4. Initiate the onboarding process.
  5. In the New Hire Data Review step, observe that the pay components are not displayed in the sequence provided from Recruiting.

Cause

This is expected system behavior.

Resolution

Currently, it is a system limitation. The sequence of pay components cannot be controlled in the UI when the data is passed from Recruiting.
